Founder Shila Russell grew up in the repossession world. From an early age, she witnessed firsthand the realities of asset recovery; the long hours, the pressure, the precision, and the importance of doing the work the right way. That early exposure evolved into leadership, eventually leading her to buy out her parents and become the owner of the family repossession company herself.

While repossession was the foundation, Shila found her true passion on the investigative side of the business. She was drawn to skip tracing, the puzzle-solving, the hands on fieldwork, the persistence required to locate those hard to find assets. That passion led her to establish a private investigation company, which she successfully operated alongside repossession services for years.
