Reign Investigations provides professional investigative services including, but not limited to:

• Asset and vehicle location

• Field investigations and interviews

• Pre-charge-off and post-charge-off recovery support

• Investigations for insurance companies, rental car companies, dealerships, attorneys, credit unions, and the repossession industry

All services are performed in compliance with Arizona and Texas private investigator licensing laws and applicable federal and state regulations.

3. Authorized Use

Clients represent and warrant that:

• They have a permissible and lawful purpose for requesting investigative services

• All information provided to Reign Investigations is accurate and truthful

• They are authorized to request the investigation on behalf of their organization

• Information received will be used in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), and all applicable laws

Reign Investigations reserves the right to decline any assignment that appears unlawful, unethical, or outside the scope of licensed activities.

4. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Reign Investigations is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information provided by our firm may not be used to determine an individual’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any purpose covered under the FCRA unless specifically authorized by law and separate written agreement.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Investigative work involves variables beyond our control. Reign Investigations does not guarantee:

• That a subject will be located

• That an asset will be recovered

• The accuracy of third-party or public record information

• Any specific outcome or timeframe

All services are provided on a best-efforts basis using lawful and professional methods.

6. Fees & Payment

• Fees are established by written agreement or published rate schedule

• Payment may be required in advance for certain services

• Clients are responsible for all authorized expenses incurred during an investigation

• Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services and collection action

7. Confidentiality

Reign Investigations will maintain the confidentiality of client information and investigative results and will disclose information only to:

• The client of record

• Authorized representatives

• Parties required by law or court order

Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of methods, reports, and data provided by Reign Investigations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Reign Investigations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

• The client assumes responsibility for any decisions made based on information we provide

9. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Use our services to harass, threaten, or stalk any individual

• Misrepresent their identity or purpose

• Use information for unlawful discrimination

• Resell or redistribute investigative reports without permission

• Attempt to circumvent licensing or legal requirements
